Sizing & fit
Do you do different sizes?+

Every hat is one-size with an adjustable inner band that sits comfortably from ~54cm to ~61cm head circumference. If you sit outside that range, write to us — we can cut a custom size on request.

Will it shrink?+

Wool felt is already fulled (pre-shrunk), so with normal sauna use it'll keep its shape. The one thing that will shrink it is washing in hot water — which is why we say spot-clean only.

Materials & care
What's it made of?+

100% wool felt, 3–5mm thick, OEKO-TEX certified. The natural versions are undyed — the colour is the fibre. The dyed versions use low-impact pigments that hold through steam.

How do I wash it?+

Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, air-dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash. Brush gently with a soft brush to restore the nap if it flattens.

Does it smell?+

New wool felt has a mild lanolin smell that fades within the first two or three sessions. It shouldn't develop a persistent smell with normal use.

Where do you ship?+

United Kingdom and European Union. UK orders arrive in 2–4 working days, EU in 5–8.

What's your returns policy?+

30 days for unworn, unwashed hats in original packaging. Custom / embroidered orders can't be returned unless there's a defect.

Is shipping free?+

Free in the UK on orders over £60. Flat £6 otherwise. EU shipping is priced per destination at checkout.

B2B orders
What's the minimum order?+

25 units. Below that, we can still make hats for you, but they go through the standard retail line and pricing.

Can you match my brand colour?+

Yes — custom dyes on orders of 100 or more. Send us a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we'll match it.

How long does a B2B order take?+

Typical lead time is 10–14 days from artwork approval. Large orders (250+) take 3–4 weeks.
